The Lean Staffing Institute Releases "Highway to Somewhere"
Patent Pending Lean Staffing Methodolgy announced
The Lean Staffing Institute is announcing the broad commercial release of it's patent pending Lean Staffing Methodology. The methodology has been available on a limited basis to clients of the Lean Staffing Institute and customers of The Empower Network since the Spring of 2005. Recruiters apply the methodology when interacting with the Hiring Manager at the beginning of the search process. Recruiters then use the methodology's output to guide their sourcing initiative.
"We no longer read the minds of our hiring leaders," said Elaine Page, head of global talent at Dun & Bradstreet. "The guesswork that plagues so many searches is eliminated. I can say we're thrilled with the results".
So what is the Lean Staffing Institute?
The Lean Staffing Institute serves two distinct purposes -
- As an R&D facility, we put the corporate staffing function under a microscope. Since our inception in 2003, our aim has been to study, develop, and test the tools, techniques and strategies that will optimize internal staffing capabilities.
- We also provide continuing education and professional development for corporate staffing executives and in-house recruiting professionals. Using the tools and techniques developed in the Lab, we help corporate HR departments build strategically relevant staffing executives.
